What This Work Involves

As an Embrace The Magic Travel advisor, you will:

  • Build relationships and generate your own travel leads
  • Recommend vacation options that fit each client’s goals, budget, travel style, and family needs
  • Manage client communication from first inquiry through post-travel follow-up
  • Create thoughtful recommendations, itineraries, and planning support
  • Stay current on supplier updates, promotions, policies, and destination training
  • Use agency systems and tools to organize client details and provide excellent service
  • Market your travel business consistently and professionally
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and agency community support

Frequently Asked Questions

How does commission work?

We talk through commission tiers personally during your one-on-one Meet & Greet call. Every advisor meets the owner, and that conversation is where we look at your goals together. Commission alone doesn't tell the whole story. Training, mentorship, tools, lead support, and agency backing all shape what you actually earn. Our structure is competitive and tiered, so as your sales grow, you unlock higher commission payouts.

Who will I be working with?

You'll work directly with Penny Cooper, our founder and lead coach. Depending on your membership, you'll also have access to coaching through Magic Made Simple, the advisor education brand Penny co-founded. It's a holistic approach to growing your business, built right into the agency.

Is there room to grow?

Yes. As your sales grow, you unlock higher commission tiers and travel opportunities, so you can experience the destinations you recommend. Advisors can also advance from Travel Advisor to Signature Advisor to Concierge Advisor, based on their membership level, time with the agency, and business focus.

Are there minimum sales requirements?

No. Our advisors are independent contractors with no monthly sales minimums. Instead, we love to reward your success. Our tiered system lets you unlock higher commissions and travel opportunities as your sales grow.

What if life gets busy?

We expect it to. Many of our advisors are moms moving through different seasons of life, with times to go all in and times to pull back. Family first is one of our core values — for the families we plan for and for our advisors. We're building real businesses, and we believe you can put your family first and grow your business at the same time.
