This is an independent contractor opportunity. You are not applying for a salaried job or hourly position. You are building your own travel business under the Embrace The Magic Travel agency umbrella, with training, systems, mentorship, supplier access, and community support.
That means you are responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, following up, serving clients, and growing your own sales.
What This Work Involves
As an Embrace The Magic Travel advisor, you will:
- Build relationships and generate your own travel leads
- Recommend vacation options that fit each client’s goals, budget, travel style, and family needs
- Manage client communication from first inquiry through post-travel follow-up
- Create thoughtful recommendations, itineraries, and planning support
- Stay current on supplier updates, promotions, policies, and destination training
- Use agency systems and tools to organize client details and provide excellent service
- Market your travel business consistently and professionally
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and agency community support
